EduIsrael is the educational arm of the Israel Centre. A key focus of this portfolio is community youth education, which includes local Jewish day schools, students, and adults.

The Israel Centre and SAZF, in partnership with Jewish day schools in South Africa, have set up an education programme that aims to inform Matric learners about how to combat anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism. Our intensive program runs every morning for the first three months of the year.
There is an Israel education component in every Jewish day school’s senior primary schools and high schools, involving workshops with international educators and partners such as StandWithUs and Unpacked Education.

We host the annual National Israel Quiz for local Jewish high school students.
We offer Hebrew classes online. Learners can enrol in Hebrew Ulpan classes tailored to their individual needs. Through our innovative online learning technology, students can join an interactive online classroom and interact live with live teachers and students.
